Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Viri. The Service is read-only toward your ad platforms until you approve an action, every campaign build lands paused, and a human is always the last step.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and White Fox Media LLC(“White Fox”, “we”, “us”), operator of Viri (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Who may use the Service

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. If you use the Service for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it, and “you” includes that organization. You are responsible for your account, your workspace members, and keeping your credentials secure.

2. The Service

Viri helps you organize your marketing knowledge, audit connected accounts, and produce briefs, drafts, dashboards, and campaigns. The Service is assistive: it reads your connected platforms and generates recommendations and drafts, but it does not create, edit, pause, or spend on your ad accounts unless you explicitly direct it, and campaign builds are created paused for your review. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before you act on them and before anything goes live.

3. Connected accounts and authorizations

When you connect a third-party platform (such as Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, or Snapchat), you authorize Viri to access that account on your behalf within the permissions you grant, and you represent that you have the right to grant that access. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms. You can revoke access at any time.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service: no unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or abusive activity; no attempting to breach security or access another customer’s data; no reselling or reverse-engineering the Service; and no use that violates a connected platform’s policies. We may suspend accounts that do.

5. Your data and ownership

You own your data and the content of your Brain, and you can export it at any time. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service for you. We do not use your workspace data to train AI models, and we do not sell it. How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Fees and cancellation

Paid plans are billed as described at signup. You can cancel at any time; there is no long-term lock-in, and your Brain exports with you. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, and we do not guarantee specific results. To the fullest extent permitted by law, White Fox will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes, termination, and governing law

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected in the date above and, where appropriate, notified in the Service. Either party may terminate as described in your plan. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules.
